We are seeking a creative professional who thrives on translating visionary design concepts into polished, production-ready assets. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of products, campaigns, and marketing materials, directly influencing brand perception and market success. Your expertise will bring innovative ideas to life, ensuring every visual element powerfully communicates our client's commitment to quality and innovation across diverse platforms.

As a multi-functional creative professional, you will be at the heart of global Brand, Marketing, and Sales initiatives, with a primary focus on packaging design, followed by print and digital applications. You'll ensure all designs align seamlessly with established brand standards and visual identities, playing a crucial role in maintaining a cohesive and compelling brand presence across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities



  • Translate design concepts into final production-ready assets for various applications.
  • Lead the production of packaging designs, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Provide essential e-commerce support, creating optimized visual content.
  • Develop product marking designs for a range of products.
  • Design and produce sales collateral and comprehensive catalogs.
  • Create impactful graphics for tradeshows and events.
  • Perform photo post-production work to enhance visual assets.
  • Develop custom illustrations and icons to support creative projects.
  • Support the creation of compelling Sales presentations.
  • Contribute to brand and marketing campaigns with high-quality design assets.
  • Deliver all necessary visual elements for product launches.
  • Manage the publishing and archiving of all completed deliverables.
  • Provide additional support for various asset requests as needed.
  • Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely, professional, and high-quality execution.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Track timelines, update team members, and meticulously proof and execute artwork.
  • Collaborate effectively with globally dispersed team members.
  • Stay current with design trends and software advancements to elevate designs and maximize efficiency.


Required Qualifications



  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of expressing ideas clearly in both technical and non-technical terms.
  • Analytical problem-solver, adept at gathering relevant information for decision-making.
  • Self-motivated individual with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field (or 4+ years of additional experience in lieu of a degree).
  • Proficiency in data management software, with experience in a specific enterprise resource planning system being a plus.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow, actively seeking development activities.
