THE ROLE: In this high-profile role, you will be the overall program lead for ourAECG ASIC productdevelopment from initial customer engagementthroughmass production.As theChief Engineeryouwill provide cross functional leadership for Scoping of the product, Engineeringandproduction rampto ensure schedule, cost and qualityobjectivesare met to fulfill theEngineering,Businessand Customerrequirements. THE PERSON: While this is indeed a technical role, it's also a strategic role - you will be empowered to drive methodology enhancements to continue AMD's trajectory toward higher levels of capability and quality. It's also a global leadership role where you will draw on your prior track record of building high-performing teams.This role will require a widebreadthto span architecture,design/verification, power/performance, product engineering, qualityandsystemvalidation.
