Senior Project/Client Manager - Higher Ed
Job Description Dewberry's Richmond, VA office is seeking a MEP Senior Project Manager to act as primary contact between our office and the Owner; effectively manage projects from concept through design, bidding, negotiation, and construction administration to winning the next project with same client. Work closely with the client to anticipate and avoid problems. Quickly solve problems that arise. Work with multi-disciplined team to provide first rate engineering documents that meet client's needs, project specifications and governing standards/codes. Assist the client to achieve their professional goals and that of their organization and in general, doing whatever is necessary to maintain a Client for Life. This position is for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter. The successful candidate in this position has the opportunity to grow their client base, and if they choose, to build a team and mentor assistant or junior project managers as they continue to grow. Key Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.

The projected range for this position is $129,000.00 - $167,000.00 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
