Are you a master of digital campaign execution, with a passion for precision and a knack for problem-solving? In this pivotal role, you will lead the technical execution, trafficking, and meticulous management of sophisticated digital media campaigns. Your expertise will guarantee seamless delivery and precise measurement across various omnichannel digital media platforms, including programmatic, social, and search. • Manage advanced conversion tracking configurations, including custom variables and enhanced conversions.
  • Manage strategic account architecture setup to align with client business objectives, measurement frameworks, and goals.
  • Oversee the implementation of complex 3rd-party verification and measurement solutions to maintain brand safety and viewability standards.
  • Provide thorough quality assurance for all campaign assets, ensuring technical specifications, landing pages, and tracking pixels are functioning perfectly before launch.
  • Monitor daily delivery and discrepancies, proactively troubleshooting ad serving issues or data mismatches between platforms.
  • Optimize ad server settings such as frequency capping, rotation, and sequencing to maximize campaign efficiency and reach.
  • Analyze and report on cross-channel performance, leveraging attribution modeling capabilities within ad serving platforms to provide a unified view of the customer journey.
  • Utilize advanced reporting and data visualization tools to create custom dashboards that highlight delivery trends and actionable technical insights.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal teams (Programmatic, Paid Social, Search) to ensure integrated tracking across the full media stack.
  • Lead technical onboarding for new clients, establishing best practices for account structure and naming conventions.
  • Assist in quarterly or monthly client sessions, presenting strategic insights that align with client business objectives and KPIs, while proactively identifying new opportunities to enhance performance.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in Ad Operations, specifically focused on ad serving and trafficking.
  • Mastery of a leading ad serving platform (e.g., Google Campaign Manager 360) is required, with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in building and managing campaigns.
  • Experience with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager), HTML5, JavaScript, and troubleshooting tag-related issues.
  • Expert-level ability to interpret complex delivery metrics and attribution data to solve technical discrepancies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to translate technical AdOps concepts into clear strategies for clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven client-facing experience, with the ability to provide strategic guidance and confidently lead client discussions.
