Overview

The Sales Enablement Coordinator provides essential logistical, operational, and administrative support for the Sales Operations teams. internal and external meetings, conferences, and events. This role assists the Events and Commercial Operations team with day-to-day activities including coordination tasks, vendor communication, documentation, and support for internal and external meetings, conferences and events. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, serviceoriented, and skilled at supporting multiple priorities.



Responsibilities

  • Support coordination of product launches and activities
  • Coordinate with literature fulfilment teams
  • Order and track all branded non-clinical materials. Coordinate shipping of materials, swag, equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain inventory of event supplies and manage reordering as needed.
  • Monitor and manage shared inboxes; triage incoming communications and route appropriately.
  • Perform inbound and outbound calls as needed to support customer requests.
  • Assist with vendor paperwork, POs, invoice processing, contract routing, and follow-up with procurement/finance.
  • Schedule planning meetings and take notes, tracking follow-up items for the event project manager/lead.
  • Assist Manage with logistics for meetings and events including room bookings, catering orders, A/V requests, transportation coordination, and material preparation as well as virtual or on-site support.
  • Help gather post event feedback, invoices, and documentation to support reconciliation and reporting.
  • May perform miscellaneous tasks and/or projects as directed


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • 1-3+ years of administrative, coordination, or operations support experience; event-related support experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to interact professionally with leaders, partners, and vendors.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work occasional early mornings, evenings, or travel during peak event periods.

Regular in-office physical presence is an essential function of the role to facilitate real-time collaboration, participate in team problem-solving sessions, attend onsite meeting, and interact face-to-face with cross-functional teams.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $27.88 to $30.28 per hour; however, while the salary range is effective as of the date of this posting, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including but not limited to experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as bonus, commissions, or discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
