Your Role As a Digital Experience Strategy Lead at Gensler, you will shape the future of experiential design by driving strategic growth, elevating project excellence, and developing the next generation of creative talent. You'll help define how our Northeast Region competes and leads in digital experience design, partnering closely with studio and regional leadership to expand capabilities, strengthen client relationships, and deliver innovative, narrative-driven experiences. This role blends strategic thinking, creative leadership, and hands-on project delivery. You'll influence how we position DXD in the market, refine our go-to-market strategies, and scale our lab culture and prototyping capabilities. You'll also serve as a mentor and industry voice, helping grow our team and represent Gensler externally. What You Will Do
Your Qualifications
**The base salary range will be estimated between $215,000 to $240,000. Gensler's total compensation package is multi-layered and includes a base salary, two annual bonuses paid in December and June.
