Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing Equipment (Direct Hire)

Location: Nashua, NH

Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) | Training on 1st Shift

Pay: Up to $36/hour + 25% shift differential

We are hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to support printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This direct hire opportunity focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex electro-mechanical systems, with occasional support for facility maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and PLC-driven systems
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Execute preventive maintenance programs aligned with ISO/NADCAP standards
• Maintain accurate records in CMMS (Limble) and track parts usage
• Support basic facility maintenance, including plumbing, welding, and HVAC troubleshooting
• Work safely in a chemical manufacturing environment and follow OSHA standards

Qualifications

• Technical certificate or 2+ years of manufacturing equipment maintenance experience (electro-mechanical preferred)
• Knowledge of AC/DC power systems, electronics, and PLCs
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Basic Microsoft Office and CMMS experience required

Additional Details

• Overtime and weekend coverage may be required
• Experience with PCB equipment (e.g., drilling or inspection systems) is a plus
