Responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY
The Patient Experience Analyst serves as the enterprise data steward and analytics partner for patient experience information at HonorHealth. Reporting administratively through Analytics and functionally supporting the Patient Experience organization, this role ensures that patient experience data is accurate, trusted, accessible, and consistently used to support improvement efforts across the system.

This role focuses on data stewardship, governance, reporting, and insight enablement related to patient experience. Acting as a bridge between Analytics, Patient Experience, Quality, and operational leaders, the Patient Experience Analyst translates experience data into clear, actionable insights and enables consistent use of tools such as Press Ganey and Power BI. The position partners with analytics experts and vendors to leverage advanced analytic capabilities over time.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Serve as the enterprise data steward for Press Ganey patient experience data by maintaining department and provider mappings, validating survey distribution, auditing daily data extracts, and coordinating resolution of audit tickets to ensure accurate and reliable data.
  • Act as the designated enterprise intake and coordination point for Press Ganey-related activity by triaging questions, requests, and data issues; determining resolution paths; and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Design, maintain, and support patient experience reporting and dashboards by partnering with Analytics to enhance Power BI dashboards, automate recurring reports, and ensure timely delivery of insights to leaders.
  • Translate patient experience data into actionable insights by analyzing trends, response rates, and key metrics; identifying risks and opportunities; and communicating findings clearly to leadership.
  • Enable the use of advanced analytics and emerging tools through collaboration with Analytics and external partners to incorporate automation, predictive insights, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Partner with Patient Experience, Quality, Nursing, and Clinical leaders to align experience metrics with quality outcomes, Star Ratings, and enterprise priorities.
  • Support operational and improvement efforts by participating in governance forums, team meetings, and performance discussions with leadership.
  • Improve efficiency and scalability of data workflows by automating processes related to provider maintenance, report distribution, and rounding data.
EDUCATION
  • Bachelors in Analytics, Health Informatics, Public Health, Business, Data Science, or related field or 4 years equivalent experience Required
EXPERIENCE
  • 3 years Analytics, reporting, data stewardship, performance improvement, or related experience Required
  • Experience serving as an intake or coordination point for data-related requests and translating data into insights Required
  • Healthcare, matrixed organizations, or regulated environments Preferred
