Here's what we're looking for.

Requirements:

• Previous production, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to safely operate fabrication equipment and machinery
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety

Job Duties:

• Fabricate, assemble, and modify metal or other materials according to blueprints and specifications
• Measure, cut, drill, grind, and prepare materials for production
• Operate fabrication equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications
• Perform basic repairs, adjustments, and rework as needed
• Maintain accurate measurements using calipers, tape measures, gauges, and other precision tools
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines
• Support additional production and fabrication tasks as assigned
