Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM-12:00 AM & Friday, 11:00 AM-3:00 PM

Forklift Operator Requirements & Job Duties:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move raw materials, pallets, and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks, production lines, and warehouse storage areas safely and efficiently.
• Support production processes, including assembly, packaging, labeling, inspection, and product staging.
• Transport, organize, and replenish inventory to support smooth production flow and warehouse operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area while following all safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and company policies.
• Inspect materials and products for quality, accuracy, and damage during handling and movement.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling required.
• Certified forklift operator or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform standing, walking, bending, and repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and temperature variations.
