Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Day Shift: 8 AM-5 PM

Requirements:

• Experience in fleet coordination, logistics, dispatch, or transportation administration preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with data entry and invoice processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Ability to analyze data and maintain accurate records.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of fleet operations and transportation compliance preferred.

Job Duties:

• Coordinate fleet scheduling, vehicle assignments, and daily utilization.
• Track vehicle maintenance, inspections, registrations, and compliance requirements.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs with vendors.
• Monitor fleet performance, mileage, fuel usage, and operating costs.
• Maintain accurate fleet records, databases, and documentation.
• Process fleet-related invoices and perform data entry.
• Assist with vehicle acquisitions, replacements, and disposals.
• Monitor driver compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Investigate and document accidents, incidents, and insurance claims.
• Generate reports on fleet utilization, costs, and performance metrics.
• Communicate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to support operations.
