We are seeking a dynamic individual to join a pivotal team where you will be instrumental in managing the entire lifecycle of promotional content. This is an exciting opportunity to orchestrate the alignment of diverse stakeholders, from internal teams to external partners, ensuring the seamless development, approval, and maintenance of critical resources. Key Responsibilities



  • Provide comprehensive project management support within the marketing team, actively collaborating with digital teams to produce and update promotional materials, including content revisions, and expertly guiding projects through established review processes.
  • Leverage industry-standard project management and content review platforms daily to initiate projects, thoughtfully assign tasks, and meticulously facilitate their progression through the approval workflow.
  • Define and proactively manage the process for asset expiration, ensuring the timely removal or strategic renewal of vital promotional content.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies/vendors to ensure all resources meticulously adhere to review process feedback and consistently meet critical deadlines.
  • Act as a key representative for content owners in prioritization meetings, strategically scheduling assets for review to optimize workflow and impact.
  • Actively participate in relevant owner and agency meetings as needed, ensuring seamless project alignment and transparent communication across all parties.
  • Develop and execute both straightforward and complex content assets, demonstrating versatility and a keen eye for detail.
  • Undertake special projects as assigned, making significant contributions to broader team objectives and strategic initiatives.


Required Qualifications



  • Demonstrated experience within the pharmaceutical industry, showcasing a solid understanding of its unique landscape.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard content review platforms, enabling efficient navigation and management of critical workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) highly preferred, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating a strong foundation.
  • Proven multi-project management skills, with the capability to expertly handle several initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a track record of building robust, productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership behaviors and the ability to align seamlessly with organizational compliance goals and policies, ensuring integrity in all endeavors.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Scientific knowledge, offering an enhanced understanding of the content being managed.
  • Experience with sales, marketing, or promotion development within the pharmaceutical industry, providing valuable context.
  • Experience with vendor management, streamlining external partnerships.
