Job Summary A $750 sign-on bonus is being offered to eligible new employees hired into ourPCA positions. Schedule * Days: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM / 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM * Evenings: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM * Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM / 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM * Mandatory weekend shifts every month * Rotating holiday schedule. Only applicants seeking full-time 36-40 hours permanent employment will be strongly considered for an interview. PCA assists patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support, while promoting comfort and maintaining patient dignity. Responsibilities also include monitoring and documenting vital signs, obtaining EKGs, drawing blood, and responding promptly to patient requests while safeguarding confidentiality and always ensuring patient safety. Does this position require Patient Care? Yes Essential Functions * Performs vital signs, weights/heights, intake, and output measurements accurately and within established timeframes and/or as requested * Completes all required documentation in the medical record * Interact effectively with patients and families * Assists patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting * Assist patients with turning, repositioning, and transferring between bed and wheelchair as needed * Listen to patient concerns and reports changes or concerns to nursing staff promptly.
