What You'll Do



  • Manage and organize seasonal product samples, ensuring they are readily available for creative and visual merchandising teams.
  • Track sample arrivals meticulously, maintain accurate records, and proactively communicate any delays or issues to relevant teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assemble and maintain sample racks and closets, optimizing for accessibility and organization to support efficient workflow.
  • Support studio set preparation, contributing to an inspiring and functional environment, and maintain overall studio cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Assist with dynamic seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations in close collaboration with the visual merchandising team.
  • Prioritize and manage tasks effectively to meet deadlines, directly contributing to team goals and project success.
  • Support the creative process by assisting with photographing the studio, capturing essential visual content.


Required Qualifications



  • Strong organizational and planning skills, coupled with a proactive and meticulous detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration within the team.
  • Proficiency in Excel and email, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A strong sense of accountability and exceptional attention to detail, particularly regarding data accuracy and record-keeping.


Preferred Qualifications



  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, studio operations, or sample management.
