Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Manager for the beautiful Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa!

Responsibilities:
* Maintain open and clear communication with all departments and guests to ensure consistent service.
* Assist in maintaining a highly motivated and well-trained staff that continually strives for excellence, in service and cleanliness.
* Provide courteous, personalized, attentive, sincere, consistent guest service by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints using guest service skills.
* Resolve difficult or unusual problems that may arise, while maintaining good guest relationships and demonstrating outstanding hospitality through the corrective action taken.
* Assist Housekeeping leadership team with all of the following departmental functions and concerns: monthly meetings, uniform control, quality assurance in public space and guest rooms, linen and supply inventories, and scheduling and payroll cost controls.
* Prepare and complete all reports needed. VIP's, Due-Out's V/D's etc.
Qualifications:
* Prior Housekeeping Supervisory/Management experience required.
* Previous supervisory experience in an upscale, full-service hotel environment is strongly preferred.
* Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
* Able to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests, management, and co-workers, both in person and by telephone.
* Able to teach team members how to courteously interact with internal/external guests.
* Able to set priorities for the Housekeeping team and provide feedback to others that enhance performance.
* Able to work well under pressure, managing quick turns and high occupancies.
* Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Able to move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
* Able to stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.
* Must be at least 18 years of age.
