PAY AND SCHEDULE

Starting Pay: $20.50/hour + $0.55/hour Shift Differential

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM-6:00 AM

ABOUT THE ROLE

TWB Company is seeking a Machine Operator to join our 3rd shift manufacturing team in Antioch, TN. This role is responsible for operating production equipment used to process steel components for the automotive industry while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
* Follow work instructions, production schedules, and process requirements
* Set up and adjust machinery as needed
* Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
* Identify and report quality concerns
* Complete production documentation and labels accurately
* Move and stage materials and finished goods
* Assist with routine maintenance and housekeeping
* Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures
* Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Valid driver's license
* Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures
* Basic math, reading, and communication skills
* Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
* Ability to stand for extended periods

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* High School Diploma or GED
* Manufacturing experience
* Forklift experience
* Experience using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
* Ability to read blueprints or production schematics
* CPR/First Aid certification

Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
