  • Monitor tank chemistry and operating conditions and perform required testing, authorized additions, and documentation.
  • Inspect finished parts and equipment for quality or process concerns.

  • Are willing and able to learn overhead crane and rigging operations.
  • Can judge distance and clearance when positioning loads.
  • Can read and follow work instructions and process requirements.
  • Can recognize abnormal equipment or process conditions.
  • Can perform basic calculations and accurately document results.
  • Have strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Have basic computer skills.
  • Communicate effectively and work well as part of a team.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent education and experience.
  • Prior overhead crane, rigging, material handling, metal finishing, or anodizing-line experience is preferred but not required.
  • Equivalent manufacturing experience or related training will be considered.
  • Company qualification on assigned crane and lifting equipment is required before independent operation.

Physical & Work Environment

This is an active manufacturing position. Team members must be able to:

  • Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs., with assistance or approved equipment used for heavier or awkward loads.
  • Stand and walk on concrete throughout an 8 to 12-hour shift.
  • Frequently reach, bend, twist, push, pull, and handle equipment controls.
  • Maintain the visual attention, depth perception, hand-eye coordination, and situational awareness needed to safely control suspended loads.
  • Work around moving equipment, suspended loads, open process tanks, wet surfaces, heat, fumes, and chemicals while following required safety practices.
  • Wear required PPE, which may include safety glasses, face shields, chemical-resistant gloves and clothing, safety footwear, and hearing protection.

Why Join Our Team?

  • Opportunities available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
