Cardiac Imaging Cardiologist (Echocardiography)

NYU Langone Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Cardiac Imaging Cardiologist with expertise in echocardiography to join our expanding cardiovascular team in Manhattan.

This full-time academic faculty position offers the opportunity to work within a high-volume, multidisciplinary cardiovascular imaging program supporting complex patient care.

This role includes routine transthoracic (TTE) interpretations and performance and interpretation of transesophageal echocardiography (TEE).

The ideal candidate will work closely with a dynamic interdisciplinary team of attending physicians, cardiology fellows, sonographers, advanced practice providers and nurses to provide high quality care and timely results.

Interpretation of cardiac imaging studies, including a focus on:

* Routine TTE

* Performance and interpretation of TEE

* Active involvement in academic activities, including research, education, and program development

* MD or equivalent degree

* Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease and Echocardiography

* Level II or III training in Echocardiography

* Eligible for medical licensure in New York State

Salary range: $350,000 - $400,000, commensurate with experience and academic accomplishments.
