Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions from high-level design through system testing
  • Work on complex user stories, enhancements, and change requests within Agile sprint cycles
  • Perform technical analysis, solution design, and effort estimation for system enhancements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system defects and production issues with minimal disruption to business operations
  • Develop and maintain clean, secure, and scalable code aligned with best practices
  • Integrate CRM systems with external platforms using APIs and web services (SOAP/REST)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a CRM Developer (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies (Apex, Lightning Components, LWC) and experience in Agentforce is a plus.
  • Experience in system integration, API development, and automation
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD processes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
