While this is a remote position, the successful candidate must reside within 50 miles of a FedEx Freight location within the continental US.
POSITION OVERVIEW: With oversight, provide support defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer systems, account setup platforms, secure, and friendly experience that meet business and compliance requirements. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for systems, ensuring alignment with business, compliance, and operational objectives.
- Coordinates with other product managers and business architects to ensure the cohesiveness of the overall user experience.
- Builds and leverages solid working relationships with business and product.
- Assists in the integration of programs across channels with internal partners and manages program effectiveness against target metrics.
- Manages requirements and prioritization within the product backlog through business value Roi, alignment with product strategy, and resource capacity.
- Communicate roadmap updates, modernization progress, and key trade-offs to business and stakeholders.
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems related field.
- Three (3) years of experience in engineering environment or information technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills to interpret engagement metrics.
Preferred Skills & Knowledge: Experience in Product Management, including supporting product lifecycle activities, prioritizing features, and aligning solutions with business goals Strong background in Customer Service, with the ability to incorporate user feedback into requirements and improve overall user experience Hands-on experience with Salesforce (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), including requirements gathering, configuration understanding, or user support Proven ability to write clear, concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria to support development and testing efforts Practical experience working within a Scrum/Agile environment, including active participation in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in translating business needs into actionable requirements Experience facilitating workshops, gathering stakeholder input, and documenting business and functional requirements Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms for backlog and workflow management Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams JOB CONDITIONS:

New Jersey Job Postings: $74,814.00 - $115,812.00 per year This compensation range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting pay range in NJ. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay is determined by experience relative to the job, market level, specific location and other job-related factors permitted by law. Regular full & part-time employees (who complete 91 days of employment and work a minimum average of 12 hours per week) are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and/or vision coverage, tuition reimbursement.
