Responsibilities Summary: The Support Specialist provides the Collections departments with administrative assistance by managing collections team payroll, maintaining departmental documents, data entry, and tracking/trending requested data. This position also services as administrator for customer service tracking and assists Blood Operations leadership with administrative duties as assigned. On a regular basis, the Support Specialist will serve as backup to other Blood Operations administrative roles. Schedule: Monday - Friday business hours Job Responsibilities:
Maintains departmental documents and spreadsheets, such as contact lists, rosters, and unregulated forms.
The hourly rate for this position is $19.72/hr. - $22.19/hr.
