Program Security Officer

The Opportunity:

At Booz Allen, you will play a critical role in safeguarding national security as a Program Security Officer supporting the Army client. In this position, you will coordinate closely with the government Program Security Officer (PSO) to ensure the program and facility achieve and maintain full accreditation. You will take ownership of all security management functions within your assigned activity, adhering to national, DoD, and programspecific security policies while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and requirements. Your daily responsibilities will include managing security incidents, reporting, and trend analysis to drive continuous improvement across the program. You will verify that all personnel requiring access meet the appropriate security clearance levels through DISS and work with the Project Manager to justify and document access requirements. Additionally, you will establish, deliver, and document both initial and annual refresher security training for all programaccessed personnel. Each year, you will conduct and document a comprehensive selfinspection, then provide the PSO with a corrective action plan that identifies steps necessary to achieve full compliance.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in a role such as Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) within DoW or IC environments

• Experience implementing, managing, and administering DoDM 5205.07 V 1-4

• Experience writing and supporting all test, OPSEC, and facility plans in support of the program activities

• Knowledge of SAP

• Knowledge of all volumes of the DoD Manual regarding classified information

• TS/SCI clearance

• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience supporting Army National Guard missions or state or territory ARNG stakeholders

• Experience with accreditation frameworks and inspection best practices, including briefing results and driving closure

• Experience implementing, managing, and administering Intelligence Community Directives for SCI programs

• Knowledge of cybersecurity, including Risk Management Framework (RMF), JSIG, and ICDs 704-705

• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor's degree
