Provider Resources Inc. (PRI) administers Independent Dispute Resolution under the federal No Surprises Act, processing payment disputes that directly protect patients from unexpected medical bills. About the role:
The IDRE Finance Manager leads PRI's IDRE financial operations - overseeing stakeholder payment flows, managing a team of 5-10, and serving as the primary finance contact for insurance payers and non-insurance payers. This is an operational leadership role for someone who thrives on accuracy at scale, stakeholder relationships, and building a high-performing team in a regulated environment.

What you will do:
*Lead and develop an operations-focused finance team of 5-10
*Own end-to-end deposit processing, cash application, refund issuance, and collections
*Serve as the primary finance contact for external payer stakeholders
*Deliver operational performance reporting to the VP of Finance
*Ensure financial operations meet CMS regulatory requirements and remain audit-ready

What we are looking for:
*6-10 years of finance or accounting operations experience, including 3+ years managing a team
*Background in high-volume cash operations - AR, cash application, refunds, or payment processing
*Comfortable as the primary finance contact for external clients or payers
*Healthcare or regulated-industry experience preferred
*Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
