As a Driver, you will play an important role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing safe and reliable transportation to medical appointments, community outings, and other activities. You will also help maintain our transportation vehicles to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for residents.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport residents to appointments and scheduled outings

• Assist residents entering and exiting the vehicle as needed

• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly maintained

• Follow all safety regulations and facility transportation policies

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Valid South Dakota driver's license with a clean driving record

• Previous transportation or healthcare experience preferred, but not required

• Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused attitude
