Sorting Coordinator (Temporary)

Pay Rate: $24.29 per hour

Are you detail-oriented and take pride in delivering quality work? We're seeking a Sorting Coordinator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This temporary opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, quality inspections, and ensuring products meet customer and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of products to verify compliance with sorting and quality requirements.
• Identify and report any defects, discrepancies, or non-conforming materials.
• Communicate inspection findings and production concerns with the Sort Leader and team members.
• Follow established work instructions, quality standards, and operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and support quality-focused production activities.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, distribution, receiving, warehouse, or production support preferred.
• Medical device industry experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, accurate, and committed to producing quality work.
• Must have strong visual acuity; corrective lenses are acceptable.
