Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

This Packaging Operator job in Lancaster is for people who pay attention to detail. You'll inspect, assemble, and pack products with care. We know we can count on you to achieve high-quality standards and maintain production goals every shift.

Requirements:

• School Smarts: High school diploma or GED.
• On-the-Job Know-How: Experience in warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing is a plus. We'll train the right worker.
• Built to Move: Can lift (up to) 40-50 lbs, stay active, and handle the grind.
• Crew Mindset: Show up on time, stay safe, and have your team's back.

Job Duties:
