What you will enjoy doing*
- You will construct liquid and gaseous UHP electronicgrade cryogenic supply systems at customer sites following all safety and quality standards
- Communicate professionally with project managers, planners, sales teams, customers, contractors, engineers, and inspectors regarding resources, scheduling, project changes, and installation activities
- Work 8-12 hour installation shifts depending on project demands
- You will read and interpret prints and schematics for accurate system layout and installation
- Apply materialsofconstruction knowledge for UHP and cryogenic system builds
- Perform pipefitting for highpurity and cryogenic piping systems
- You will perform UHP orbital welding and brazing on piping assemblies
- Troubleshoot electrical components associated with UHP and cryogenic installations
- And you will work with cryogenic and refrigeration systems during installation and commissioning
- Install and service UHP electronicgrade components including regulators, valves, solenoids, and pressurerelief devices
- Attend companyprovided technical training at the National Training Center in East Chicago, IN, with weeklong class sessions
What makes you great
- You have a High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems preferred; refrigeration/HVAC or cryogenic experience also preferred
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, smartphones, tablets, handheld dataentry devices, and GPS tools
- Valid driver's license with the ability to safely operate a company service vehicle in all weather conditions
- Travel approximately 75% with overnight stays; typically home on weekends
