The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $70,600 - $95,300 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Job Description

This role follows a hybrid work model, offering flexibility to work remotely while coming together in the office in Red Wing, MN on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for collaboration. There may also be occasional in-person "Moments that Matter" and key business needs throughout the year that require additional days in the office. Candidates should live within commuting distance of Red Wing, MN at the time of hire. Red Wing Shoes is seeking a Project Manager to join our Revenue Operations team, reporting to our Director of Global Retail Projects. The Project Manager serves as a key partner within Revenue Operations, supporting the intake, coordination, prioritization, and execution of cross-functional business initiatives. This role helps ensure projects are effectively scoped, aligned to business objectives, and delivered through collaboration with internal stakeholders and operational teams.

The position is responsible for managing project workflows, maintaining visibility to priorities and timelines, identifying risks and dependencies, and supporting execution across a variety of commercial and operational initiatives. The role partners closely with field leadership, sales, operations, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, improve processes, and support successful project delivery.

While this role will primarily support Direct-to-Consumer (DTC)/Retailchannel initiatives, the position operates within Revenue Operations and may be required to pivotchannels.

Essential duties include:

  • Overseeing the full project lifecycle (from initiation to closeout) with attention to detail, following project management best practices
  • Serve as a central intake point for projects and operational initiatives, ensuring requests are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned to businessobjectives.
  • Maintain visibility into active and upcoming project pipelines, including status, timelines, dependencies, and resource considerations.
  • Establish and support consistent project intake and tracking processes to improveexecutionreadiness and organizational transparency.
  • Coordinate projects from intake through implementation, managing timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure projects progress efficiently and align with business standards and operational goals.
  • Identify, communicate, and help resolve project risks, constraints, and competing priorities.
  • Support process improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and scalability across Revenue Operations.
  • Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders by providing visibilityintoproject status, priorities, and capacity.
  • Prepare and communicate reports, updates, and project insights to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Supportadoptionand effective use of project management tools, systems, and reporting processes.
Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Communications, General Management, or other related fields of study is preferred, with a minimum of 3 years ofrelevant business work experience in areas like project communications, managing timelines and expectations of Key stakeholders; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Project or program management certification is preferred (but notrequired). Prior experience with Real Estate or Construction is a plus, notrequired.Experience with project management or CRM systems (Salesforce, BuilderTek, or similar preferred).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Tech-forward mindset: hands-onproficiencywith Salesforce,BuilderTek, Smartsheet, MS Project (or similar); eager to automate and streamline processes.

  • Self-starter who learns fast, stays organized, and relentlessly drives projects to on-time, on-budget completion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and facilitate large stakeholder calls
  • Experience working cross-functionally and driving alignment across teams
  • Aptitude for leading change
