Job Description

Candidate will execute DC, AC, RF and reliability characterization of active and passive semiconductor devices at the wafer level. He / she will establish and document best practice protocols for testing in the device lab. There are additional opportunities to define hardware requirements for new electrical testing techniques (including identifying and assessing options for new equipment purchases) and to assist with test structure design in support of new technology development.

This Job Is For You If
  • You have experience with high frequency characterization of active and passive semiconductor devices using s-parameter measurements
  • You can establish best practices and documentation for device lab procedures
  • You can perform parametric testing of new devices and contribute to data analysis
  • You can assist with definition and layout of new test structures for test chips
Job Requirements
  • Possessing or pursuing a degree in electrical engineering / applied physics / materials science or related field

Compensation:$23.35- $26.72
