Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You've come to the right place. YOUR IMPACT
You will shape strategy, execute operational priorities, and drive coordinated action across multiple locations, ensuring regional initiatives align with the broader aspirations of North America.
You will support our southern offices by partnering closely with Regional Leaders (RLs), Office Managing Partners (OMPs), Regional Sector Leaders (RSLs), and the broader leadership team. You will have a unique opportunity to work alongside senior leaders and drive meaningful impact across client engagement, people initiatives, and daily office operations.
A primary focus is driving overarching client activation. You will develop a deep understanding of regional client opportunities-including whitespace and gray space-to help shape priority account plans, track progress against goals, and connect regional efforts with North America Client Activation Managers. To ensure data-driven success, you will synthesize insights from client, financial, and people reporting to inform leadership decisions, create action plans to address underperformance, and support comprehensive office budget planning by monitoring spend and highlighting key risks.
Operationally, you will lead the preparation and execution of regional leadership meetings, forums, and partner retreats, managing everything from agenda development to stakeholder coordination and follow-up. You will act as the hub for essential office communications, managing newsletters, announcements, and the events calendar. Furthermore, you will provide strategic input on event participant lists and broader event strategy to support client activation, partnering seamlessly with administrative and events teams who handle the on-the-ground logistics for gatherings like Values Day, retreats, and office Fridays.
YOUR GROWTH
You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well-rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference.
When you join us, you will have:
  • Continuous learning: Our learning and apprenticeship culture, backed by structured programs, is all about helping you grow while creating an environment where feedback is clear, actionable, and focused on your development. The real magic happens when you take the input from others to heart and embrace the fast-paced learning experience, owning your journey.
  • A voice that matters: From day one, we value your ideas and contributions. You'll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions, all while upholding our unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity. We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.
  • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm's diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Exceptional benefits: On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well-being for you and your family.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • 5+ years of professional experience in consulting, professional services, professional development, and/or communications
  • Excellent problem solving, analytic, and project management skills - often managing several projects simultaneously, that requires artful orchestration, prioritization, and the ability to play different roles
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end projects, managing ambiguity, prioritization, and delivery across multiple initiatives
  • Analyzes complex problems, synthesizes data, and develops actionable, high-quality recommendations
  • Builds strong, trust-based relationships and effectively influences senior stakeholders with credibility and sound judgment
  • Communicates clearly and effectively, translating complex topics into concise messages for senior audiences
