PMAS Technology Transfer (T2) Specialists

Avion Solutions Inc., a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking PMAS Technology Transfer (T2) Specialists of all levels to support U.S. Army aviation platforms. These positions will be located at Ft. Eustis, VA, and are contingent upon award.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

• Support aviation technology transfer initiatives by coordinating agreements, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement activities.

• Support CRADAs, TSAs, and No-Cost Demonstration Agreements.

• Prepare draft agreements, reports, briefing materials, and correspondence.

• Coordinate technology transfer activities with Government and industry partners.

• Track project milestones and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Support planning, execution, reporting, and closeout activities.

• Maintain documentation in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.

Required:

• Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain/maintain a DoW security clearance.
