Vantor is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst, HR Analytics & Workday Reporting to support the development, optimization, and governance of HR systems, workforce reporting, analytics, and Workday security. This role serves as a subject matter expert for Workday reporting and people data, partnering with HR, business leaders, and executive stakeholders to deliver accurate insights, standardized metrics, and data-driven decision support.

The Senior HRIS Analyst will design and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, worksheets, security roles, and data access controls while supporting audit activities, system releases, UAT, and enterprise HR technology initiatives. This position plays a key role in strengthening HR data integrity, improving reporting capabilities, and enabling secure, effective use of workforce information across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, maintain, and govern Workday reports, dashboards, worksheets, discovery boards, and other reporting solutions.

  • Build OpenAI Codex solutions for simplifying recurring, complex reporting needs.

  • Own and deliver bi-monthly C-Suite HR steering committee presentations.

  • Partner with HR, business leaders, and executive stakeholders to define workforce metrics, reporting standards, key performance indicators, and recurring reporting needs, including the buildout of our enterprise datalake.

  • Proactively analyze workforce data and trends to support strategic planning, talent initiatives, compliance, workforce planning, and operational decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain centralized reporting libraries, metric definitions, documentation, and HR data governance standards.

  • Configure, maintain, and audit Workday security roles, domain permissions, and data access controls.

  • Partner with stakeholders to evaluate access needs and implement appropriate controls for HR data, reporting, and business processes.

  • Serve as a primary HRIS contact for internal and external audit activities involving HR systems, workforce data, reporting, and security controls.

  • Lead user acceptance testing, validation, release readiness, and stakeholder communication for Workday releases, enhancements, and system changes.

  • Evaluate new Workday functionality and recommend enhancements that improve system performance, reporting, user experience, and operational effectiveness.

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support across Workday modules and related HR technology solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve data accessibility, and leverage automation or AI-enabled tools to enhance HR service delivery.

  • Develop documentation, training materials, and best practices related to reporting, analytics, security, data governance, and system administration.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 3-5 years of Workday HCM experience, including advanced reporting, composite reporting, dashboards, discovery boards, and worksheets.

  • Advanced experience creating, maintaining, and optimizing reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutions.

  • Experience supporting data governance, security administration, access management, or system control processes.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and data interpretation skills.

  • Knowledge of HR metrics, workforce planning, people analytics, and talent reporting practices.

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts and workforce data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Workday security administration, domain permissions, and access governance.

  • Experience leading user acceptance testing and Workday release management activities.

  • Experience supporting internal audit, compliance, risk management, or regulatory reporting initiatives.

  • Experience using automation, AI-enabled tools, or business intelligence solutions to improve reporting, analysis, and operational efficiency.

  • Workday certifications or advanced Workday training.

Pay Transparency: To support pay transparency, Vantor includes salary ranges in all U.S. job postings. Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role should not expect to receive compensation at the top of the range. The listed range reflects the expected pay for this position, and final offers will be determined based on each candidate's experience, expertise, and alignment with the role.

* The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $83,000.00 - $110,000.00 - $121,000.00 annually.

For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.

Additionally, this position is incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and/or individual results achieved; the specific incentive plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions.
