Overview LMI is seeking an IT Project Lifecycle Manager to support the Office of Security at a mission-focused Federal government client. This is an early-career opportunity for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic environment where structure is still being built. You will work under the direction of a senior project management lead, supporting coordination, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent IT modernization initiatives. The right candidate doesn't need to have done everything on day one - they need to be eager to learn, comfortable with ambiguity, and proactive about keeping things moving. Responsibilities Supports project lifecycle coordination across SEC IT modernization initiatives ranging from software development and data analytics to cybersecurity coordination and business process improvement. Works under the direction of a senior PM lead, providing structure, visibility, and reporting discipline across projects executed by government personnel, contractors, and technical teams outside the PMA's direct authority. Success depends on professionalism, consistency, and the ability to build trust without command authority.
Provide weekly status reporting for assigned projects covering schedule health, development progress, security assessment status, staffing, risks, issues, documentation, and upcoming milestones.
Qualifications
