This is an on-site position in our Cedar Rapids, IA location About the Role Shive-Hattery is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead enterprise-wide technology operations across our ~700-person, multi-discipline architecture and engineering firm. This role oversees Corporate IT functions including the Infrastructure, Cloud, and Service Desk and is accountable for ensuring our technology environment is reliable, secure, and aligned to support a professional services organization. This role also plays a key part in ensuring IT operates consistently and effectively across a growing, multi-office organization. You will help strengthen how IT operates by improving clarity in processes, ownership, and service delivery across teams and offices. Reporting to the CIO, this role helps position IT as a trusted partner and enabler to the business, supporting teams across the firm in using technology to design what matters to make our world a better place. What You'll Do You'll own the performance and structure of IT operations while helping improve how work flows through the IT organization. This includes leading teams, strengthening service delivery, and establishing clarity in how responsibilities and decisions are handled across IT and the business. More specifically, you will:
