In this role, you will develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that help drive performance improvement across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. Analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights. Support performance measurement, data collection, and reporting initiatives. Collaborate with clinical, operational, and analytics teams to solve business challenges. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability across reporting platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve reporting and data-related issues. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Healthcare, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant healthcare experience, including 2 years of data analytics experience. Minimum of 1 year of experience or exposure to SQL and relational databases. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with business intelligence tools, reporting, and data visualization. Knowledge of relational databases and healthcare data preferred. Why Join Us? Salary Range: Minimum 30.53/hour - Maximum 53.44/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
