Night Shift Warehouse Operations Coordinator Location: On-site \| Distribution Center Schedule: Sunday-Thursday \| 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM About the Role We're hiring a Night Shift Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support overnight distribution operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role helps ensure accurate order processing, shipment preparation, and on-time delivery. What You'll Do Support nightly warehouse operations and shipment preparation Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and cross-dock materials Update route tracking and verify delivery readiness Assist with shipment issues, re-shipments, and quality discrepancies Generate reports and maintain accurate operational records Provide administrative support to on-site operations leadership Coordinate shift communications and documentation Basic Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent 0-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or administrative support Ability to work overnight, on-site in a distribution center Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes Preferred Experience Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment Familiarity with shipping, routing, or inventory systems Work Environment On-site warehouse setting with overnight schedule May require standing, walking, and light lifting We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
