Job Summary Responsible for monitoring video surveillance systems, identifying suspicious activity, and reporting incidents to appropriate personnel. Does this position require Patient Care? Yes Essential Functions -Monitor video surveillance systems to identify suspicious activity. -Notify appropriate personnel in the event of an incident or emergency. -Maintain accurate records of incidents and communications. -Communicate with law enforcement and emergency personnel as needed. -Work with facility staff to ensure video surveillance systems are operating properly. -Maintain confidentiality of all information and communications. -Participate in ongoing training to maintain technical skills and knowledge. -Adhere to established policies and procedures. Qualifications Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Experience Experience in conducting vestibular diagnostic tests. 1-2 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Knowledge of video surveillance systems and software. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
