Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Collections Associate to join our ever evolving Finance Shared Services team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you'll own

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by partnering with customers to resolve past-due accounts, identify payment solutions, and achieve positive outcomes through phone, written, and digital communications.

  • Proactively manage accounts receivable portfolios by monitoring aging balances, following up on outstanding accounts, and helping drive timely payment resolution.

  • Build strong customer relationships by addressing billing and settlement questions, resolving concerns, and providing a positive customer experience throughout the collections process.

  • Maintain accurate account records and reporting by documenting customer interactions, processing payments, tracking repayment progress, and ensuring data integrity across systems.

  • Take ownership of a dynamic workload by effectively prioritizing time-sensitive activities, working independently, and contributing to team goals and performance objectives.

  • Collaborate across the organization by supporting accounting and business partners as needed to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service.

What you'll bring

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers, manage sensitive conversations, and create positive outcomes.

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Proficiency with business technology and customer management tools, including Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, billing platforms, or collections software is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records and documentation
