Salary Range: $45.00/hour to $55.00/hour

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is critical in building strong candidate pipelines and partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to identify top talent across various functions. The ideal candidate is passionate about talent research, market mapping, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
ABOUT YOU
You have the ability to flourish in a setting that may include ambiguity and shifting focus. You bring effective interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, along with a positive, resilient approach. You're a believer in client customer-facing support while demonstrating active learning with a growth mindset. You have excellent planning and project management skills, with strong attention to detail. You are proficient with MS Office applications and have experience with applicant tracking systems, with Jobvite being a plus. You possess strong research skills and are familiar with Boolean search techniques. You have experience using ATS and sourcing tools. You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and work independently. Above all, you have a passion for talent acquisition and delivering a great candidate experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience
: 4+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment in the construction industry.
