About the Opportunity:
The Project Coordinator supports Operations by organizing and coordinating resources, equipment, and information for facility-related projects. This role is focused on driving efficient coordination and execution of facilities-related projects and services.
What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate facility support services including janitorial, landscaping, transportation, dining, catering, and office operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality workplace environment.
  • Partner with vendors, Procurement, and internal teams to manage service delivery, supplier compliance, contract requirements, and access control processes.
  • Monitor facility operations, KPIs, budgets, utilities, and vendor payments while supporting long-term planning and cost management initiatives.
  • Identify and support CAPEX and OPEX requirements for facility assets, recommending process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Oversee waste, recycling, surplus material handling, and obsolete asset disposition activities in alignment with company procedures and environmental standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure business needs and quality expectations are met.

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Minimum 1 year of experience coordinating multiple vendors (maintenance, janitorial, food)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with contract support and vendor performance tracking
What Sets You Apart:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business-related field
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills, cooperation, and team player.
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously, time management and organization skills; detailed oriented
