Description Job Title: Project Coordinator - Facilities Location: On-site - Melbourne, FL Employment Type: Temp to direct Industry: Aviation Compensation: $22-$25/hr Shift: 1st Schedule: 5x8 About the Opportunity: The Project Coordinator supports Operations by organizing and coordinating resources, equipment, and information for facility-related projects. This role is focused on driving efficient coordination and execution of facilities-related projects and services. What You'll Do: Coordinate facility support services including janitorial, landscaping, transportation, dining, catering, and office operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality workplace environment. Partner with vendors, Procurement, and internal teams to manage service delivery, supplier compliance, contract requirements, and access control processes. Monitor facility operations, KPIs, budgets, utilities, and vendor payments while supporting long-term planning and cost management initiatives. Identify and support CAPEX and OPEX requirements for facility assets, recommending process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce operational costs. Oversee waste, recycling, surplus material handling, and obsolete asset disposition activities in alignment with company procedures and environmental standards. Maintain accurate documentation and serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure business needs and quality expectations are met.
