Pay: $19.00 - $21.50 per hour

Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for pulling orders, loading and off-loading pipe trucks, and supporting general warehouse operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role requires safe and efficient operation of sit-down forklifts, accurate order preparation, and occasional assistance with basic communication tasks such as answering phones. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and experienced in warehouse and material handling operations.

Job Responsibilities



  • Pull, stage, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
  • Load and off-load pipe trucks safely and in accordance with operational procedures
  • Operate sit-down forklifts to move, organize, and handle materials
  • Receive, verify, stock, and organize incoming materials and inventory
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard environment
  • Assist with general warehouse operations including shipping and receiving functions
  • Answer phones and support basic communication needs as required
  • Read and follow work orders to ensure accurate fulfillment of shipments
  • Perform physical labor including lifting, standing, bending, twisting, and pulling throughout the shift


Job Requirements



  • 3-6 months of recent warehouse experience required
  • Minimum 6 months of sit-down forklift experience required
  • Strong ability to follow instructions and read work orders accurately
  • Reliable work history with minimal employment gaps (no more than 3 months preferred)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role for a full 8-hour shift
  • Experience in warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory preferred
  • Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and workplace procedures
  • Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and warehouse processes


Work Experience



  • Prior experience in warehouse, pipe yard, shipping/receiving, or material handling roles preferred
  • Experience operating sit-down forklifts in industrial environments preferred
