Warehouse Associate West Chester, OH Pay: $19.00 - $19.50 per hour Shift: M-F 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM 26-04911 Job Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for loading flatbed delivery trucks, staging orders, and supporting overall warehouse and pipe yard operations. This role involves pulling orders, handling materials, and ensuring shipments are accurately prepared for next-day deliveries. The position is primarily outdoors and requires working in all weather conditions. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and experienced in sit-down forklift operations within a fast-paced warehouse or industrial environment. Job Responsibilities Load flatbed delivery trucks for scheduled next-day deliveries Pull, stage, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently Operate sit-down forklifts to move, organize, and handle materials Receive, verify, stock, and organize incoming materials and inventory Read and interpret sales orders to ensure accurate order fulfillment Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse and yard environment Assist with general material handling and warehouse operations as needed Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions Perform physical labor including lifting, standing, bending, twisting, and pulling throughout the shift Job Requirements 1-3 years of warehouse and sit-down forklift experience required Sit-down forklift certification or demonstrated experience required Ability to read and understand sales orders Strong reliability with minimal employment gaps (no more than 3 months preferred) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Experience in warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory preferred Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment Strong attention to safety procedures and operational accuracy Dependable attendance and willingness to attend scheduled interviews required Work Experience Previous experience in warehouse operations, pipe yard work, shipping/receiving, or material handling preferred Experience operating sit-down forklifts in industrial or outdoor environments preferred #ZR About Equiliem Equiliem believes in empowering success.
