About the Role

We're looking for a Warehouse Manager who is passionate about developing people, improving processes, and creating a workplace where safety, teamwork, and efficiency come together to support exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do:

As our Warehouse Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and safely. Your daytoday will include:




  • Leading, scheduling, and supporting warehouse staff to meet customer delivery expectations with accuracy and care



  • Interviewing, hiring, and training team members to help them grow and excel



  • Coaching employees through challenges and handling personnel matters with professionalism and respect



  • Upholding company policies and maintaining a safe, wellorganized warehouse environment



  • Ensuring proper operation of forklifts and equipment while promoting a strong safety culture



  • Overseeing warehouse and dock cleanliness, organization, and inventory flow



  • Maintaining compliance with all safety, food safety, and quality standards



  • Using systems such as JD Edwards, Excel, Word, and Outlook to support daily operations



  • Collaborating with other departments to strengthen teamwork and communication




You'll also be available across shifts when needed to help troubleshoot issues and keep things moving.

What You'll Bring:

We're looking for someone who leads with confidence, communicates with clarity, and cares deeply about their team's success. The ideal candidate has:




  • An associate degree or several years of progressively responsible warehouse or operations experience



  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with employees at all levels



  • Proven leadership experience - motivating, coaching, and guiding teams toward shared goals



  • The ability to handle employee relations with fairness, professionalism, and discretion



  • Solid problemsolving skills and comfort working through variables and changing priorities



  • Basic math skills and the ability to interpret written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions



  • Familiarity with warehouse systems, equipment, and standard business tools



  • A desire to understand our manufacturing processes and contribute to continuous improvement


  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
  • Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
