The Opportunity

We're looking for aSr. Product Design Managerto shape monetization growth experiences throughout Adobe. This role focuses on how millions of users discover and access powerful creative and generative AI capabilities across Adobe surfaces on desktop, web, and mobile products.

You'll lead a team of growth designers that work on high-impact initiatives across in-app commerce, account and admin experiences, subscription management, and monetizing AI capabilities, helping translate product innovation into scalable business models while maintaining Adobe's high bar for quality, craft, and accessibility - all while enabling teams to iterate, learn, and grow.

What you'll Do

Set a high bar for design excellence, from strategic vision to execution, while leading day-to-day team operations to consistently deliver high-quality work.

Identify new business opportunities and translate strategy into action, shaping roadmaps and long-term investments. Bring clarity to ambiguity by connecting insights, aligning teams, and prioritizing high-impact initiatives. Drive innovation through growth experimentation, evolving systems that support product adoption and revenue growth.

Build a collaborative, trust-based culture that strengthens cross-functional partnerships and aligns teams around key experiences. Communicate work with clarity and impact to partners and senior leadership. Hire, mentor, and grow top talent while advancing how design operates in the AI era.

What you need to succeed
  • 5+ years of experience leading design within a matrixed organization, and a proven track record of success influencing across multiple teams.
  • Deep understanding of growth or monetization experiences within large-scale product ecosystems.
  • Agility player who thrives in ambiguity and can drive progress, build alignment, and adapt to evolving strategies, shifting priorities, and emerging technologies.
  • High ownership leader who can balance strategic vision with execution rigor and can easily navigate both altitudes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to different audiences and levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring and fostering an inclusive environment that empowers designers to innovate and deliver impactful work.
  • Experience leading a team crafting experiments and iterative improvements informed by user behavior, product metrics, and A/B testing.
  • Passion for accessibility, scalability, and inclusive design principles.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $141,700 -- $272,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $188,200 - $272,500
In New York, the pay range for this position is $188,200 - $272,500
In Washington, the pay range for this position is $168,600 - $244,200

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
