Are you a motivated Program Manager who enjoys leading teams, solving complex challenges, and making a real impact? If so, we'd love to meet you! Dayton T. Brown, Inc. (DTB) is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our growing Technical Publications Division in a full-time, on-site role in Cincinnati, Ohio. At DTB, you'll work alongside an exceptional team of technical writers, engineers, illustrators, programmers, analysts, logisticians, and data specialists who support some of the nation's most advanced aerospace, defense, and commercial programs. Our collaborative culture, technical expertise, and commitment to quality make DTB a place where careers grow and ideas thrive. Our three divisions-Engineering and Test, Technical Services, and Mission Systems-provide diverse opportunities to collaborate across disciplines while delivering world-class technical documentation, logistics support, training programs, and information systems. Our Technical Services team leverages cutting-edge tools and industry-leading standards, including the evolving S1000D specification, to deliver innovative solutions for our customers. This is an on-site position located in Cincinnati, OH, where you'll work closely with our customers and DTB team every day. This position is based in Cincinnati, OH, and requires daily in-person attendance. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to collaboration, communication, and hands-on engagement with our client, DTB team, and operations.
