Casual/ on call | Certified Nursing Assistant/ CNA

Schedule: 10:00pm - 6:30am. Positions available in skilled and transitional care units include working every other weekend and every other holiday.

Pay Range: $20.77 - $28.19 hour (based on experience) *Same Day Pay Available*

-Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers

-Support residents' comfort, dignity, and independence through person-centered care

-Observe and report changes in resident condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff

-Assist with meals, hydration, and dining support as needed

-Provide companionship, emotional support, and engagement with residents

-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment

-Follow care plans, safety procedures, and infection control standards

-Complete accurate and timely documentation in required systems

-Collaborate with nurses and care team members to support resident care and well-being

-Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and strong customer service in daily interactions

Minimum Qualifications

-Successful completion of a State approved program in compliance with the Nurse Assistant Training Act

-Current certification through Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry required.

-Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations

-Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

-Ability to work independently while accurately planning and completing assigned tasks

-Demonstrated good judgment, integrity, and respect for others

-Awareness of and sensitivity to residents' individual needs, interests, and abilities

-Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service

-Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and assisting residents (50+ lbs.)
