You bring strong facilitation skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others learn and grow. You are comfortable managing systems, coordinating logistics, and working with stakeholders across the organization. If you enjoy blending operations, facilitation, and learner support, this role is for you. About the Role The Training & Development Specialist supports the Human Capital team by administering the Learning Management System (LMS) and coordinating key learning initiatives. This role ensures training programs are delivered efficiently while providing a productive learner experience. You will also lead the company's new hire orientation program and support training facilitation and eLearning initiatives. This role plays an important part in enabling consistent onboarding, effective training delivery, and a culture of continuous learning. What You'll Do
