Job Description
Objective: Provide equipment technician services to customers in a safe, cost effective, timely, and professional manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspect, diagnose, service, and repair air and electric pumps in accordance with company and manufacturer standards
- Perform light vehicle maintenance on company service trucks, including oil changes, tire rotation, and basic inspections
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements
- Maintain accurate service, inspection, and maintenance records
- Follow all safety, environmental, and compliance procedures
- Assist with equipment installation, testing, and preventive maintenance activities
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition
- Collaborate with operations and branch teams to support daily service needs
- Perform other duties consistent with the role of Equipment Service Technician as assigned
- Other related tasks as assigned by manager
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Reside withing reasonable commuting distance
- Minimum age 21
- Must have a Valid Driver's License and a good driving record
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Mechanical aptitude
- Be motivated, good work ethic, safety-oriented and have good communication skills
- Able to work overtime and occasional weekends if needed
- Have a professional appearance and demeanor
- May be subject to comply with site specific drug testing requirements which may include hair follicle drug testing
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work with tools for extended periods
- Ability to work in shops, yards, and outdoor environments as required
- Ability to read and follow technical manuals, instructions, and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and reliability
- Able to pass a DOT physical or "Fit for Duty" physical exam
- Able to pass a driving test hauling a utility trailer
PREFERRED
- CDL
- Prior hands-on experience servicing pumps, engines, or similar equipment
- Experience in equipment maintenance, service technician, automotive, industrial, or mechanical environments
