What You Will Do: The Director, Public Relations & Social Media is a dual-mandate leadership role responsible for developing and driving Kiehl's US PR, brand partnerships, and social media strategies. This individual will serve as the brand's voice to the outside world - building authentic connections with consumers, media, influencers, and partners that reflect Kiehl's unique heritage, values, and community-first spirit. Reporting to the AVP, Consumer Engagement, this leader will design and execute forward-thinking, fully integrated PR and social campaigns in close collaboration with the marketing, digital, and retail teams. He/she will be responsible for growing brand awareness, deepening consumer engagement, and identifying partnership opportunities that are aligned with Kiehl's brand vision - from new product launches to philanthropic and experiential initiatives. The ideal candidate is a passionate, creative, and strategic communications professional who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, culture, and commerce - someone who understands Kiehl's distinct personality and can translate it powerfully across both earned media and owned social channels.
