A Day in the Life

As the AI Photo Lead for our new LUXE Creative Studio in El Segundo, CA, you will be at the forefront of creative innovation, reporting to the VP, LUXE Studio. You will champion the use of AI to create stunning still-life assets for our portfolio of iconic West Coast L'Oreal Luxe brands, finding new efficiencies and pushing creative boundaries.

• Creative Leadership & Execution: Lead high-level conceptual creative for still assets, from product to talent, ensuring alignment with each brand's unique style guide. You will oversee projects from initial concept through final execution, including managing post-production and feedback.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Digital and Social teams to identify content needs and streamline asset creation. You will also work alongside the AI Video Lead and external agencies to ensure a cohesive and elevated asset delivery.
• Innovation & Efficiency: Drive the strategic use of AI to generate creative solutions and find efficiencies in producing social campaign content and PDP assets.
• Content Creation: Utilize your photography background to support various brands as an on-set behind-the-scenes photographer, capturing moments that bring our campaigns to life.

We Are Looking For

You are a strategic and creative thinker with a strong background in photography and a deep interest in the beauty industry. You thrive on collaboration and are adept at managing projects in a dynamic environment, always seeking to elevate visual standards through innovation.

• Proven experience in creative leadership and project management, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative AI solutions.
• Expertise in the artistic direction of photo shoots and providing clear feedback in post-production.
• A strong collaborator with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
• Proficiency with various AI creation platforms and expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Figma, Photoshop, InDesign).
• A self-motivated and detail-oriented mindset, with a keen awareness of beauty trends.

• Salary Range: $90,200 - 128,500 (Actual compensation will depend on geographic location, experience, education, and skill level).
